Are you making it hard for customers to buy all they could from you, even in this "down" economy?

Sounds like an odd question doesn't it? And, I'm sure you would never knowingly make it hard for customers to buy from your company. However, we find that too many firms are making it harder to buy than they should.

Think about your own experiences trying to do business with companies today. How many of them make you buy their way (or not at all), rather than the way you'd like to buy? Is your firm any different?
