Mastering CRM Workshop
Business & System Issues You Need To Understand
|
What's This Workshop About
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) was introduced as a concept more than 20 years ago, yet the majority of CRM initiatives:
- Still take longer and cost more to implement than expected.
- Often fail to substantively improve a company's interactions with its customers, whether marketing, pre-sales, post-sales or service related.
- Result in systems that are often underutilized or not utilized at all — at a staggering cost.
What is it that makes the difference between just having a system and implementing a total CRM solution that creates advantage for your business?
Why is it that making a move to a hosted solution like Salesforce.com or Seibel on Demand doesn't lessen the pain or seemingly improve effectiveness?
- Is it understanding which parts of your organization need or will benefit from a CRM tool? This is a critical, yet often ignored success factor.
- Is it how you make the required, and often, complex business process and systems decisions?
This one-day workshop is structured to help you learn the nuances of the CRM landscape and to keep you from falling into common and uncommon traps.
- You'll hear from experts who have designed marketing and sales support processes, used various tools, upgraded their systems and learned the hard way what works and what doesn't.
- You'll have the opportunity to work with your peers to investigate common concerns and discuss key issues facing your specific company.
This workshop will NOT be a sales pitch for any particular software. In fact, no vendors of CRM or related software will be in attendance.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is for anyone involved with the decision to buy, upgrade, implement or manage a CRM process or system
within a company or division. If you are not getting all you think you can or should from your current CRM implementation,
whether you are considering upgrading (or just changing) or not, this workshop will help you ... right now.
Where and When
We are planning to kick off these one-day workshops in late spring and hold them in major cities/areas around the U.S. Specific timing and location choice will depend on several variables, including the level of interest by geography.
Please indicate your interest in this workshop.
We will let you know what is scheduled for your area and you can make a final decision about attending.
What's The Investment
There are two investments:
- The one day that you are not at work doing whatever it is you would have done that day
- $795 per person. There is a discount for three or more people from the same company
Indicate your interest in this workshop.
